Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop AI/ML models to solve complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, engineers, product managers) to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
- Explore and implement new AI/ML techniques and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract valuable insights and identify patterns.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms and frameworks based on problem requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and prepare data for model training.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML models in production environments.
- Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues related to AI/ML models
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with popular AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM) techniques.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and their applications.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements.
